Dexly Terms of Service.

Service overview

Dexly provides a browser extension plus hosted account and billing surfaces that support sign-in, entitlement checks, subscription management, and usage accounting for paid and metered features.

Some Dexly features also depend on compatible browser environments, runtime site access, and a working local Codex app-server chosen by the user. Dexly does not promise that every feature will be available in every browser, region, or local runtime setup.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for providing accurate sign-in information and maintaining control of your account.
• Dexly may require sign-in to access hosted billing, entitlement, or paid-plan features.
• You must use Dexly only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not abuse the hosted services or payment systems.

Billing terms

Dexly currently offers Dexly Free, Monthly Boost, and Dexly Pro. Pricing, plan limits, and feature availability may change over time.

• Dexly Pro is a recurring subscription billed by Stripe.
• Monthly Boost is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
• New Dexly Free accounts start with 15 days of unlimited access. After that trial ends, Dexly Free and Monthly Boost use hosted quota accounting for prompts and metered capture actions, while Dexly Pro bypasses those metered usage writes.
• Checkout, payment processing, and subscription self-service are handled through Stripe.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Dexly Pro

• Dexly Pro cancellation is handled through Stripe Customer Portal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period when Stripe marks the subscription to cancel at period end.
• Dexly Pro may enter a temporary grace period after a failed renewal before access downgrades.
• Canceling a subscription does not create an automatic prorated refund unless required by law.

Monthly Boost

• Monthly Boost is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
• Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law.
• If a Monthly Boost payment is refunded or disputed, the related boost entitlement may be revoked.

These terms do not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse Dexly, attempt fraud, or interfere with hosted auth, billing, or usage-accounting flows.
• Do not try to bypass payment, entitlement, quota, or plan-enforcement mechanisms.
• Do not use Dexly in a way that harms Dexly, its providers, or other users.

Dexly may suspend or terminate access to hosted services for abuse, fraud, unlawful use, or attempts to bypass billing or usage controls.

Availability and changes

Dexly may update, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, quotas, or hosted surfaces at any time. Some functionality may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or local runtime failures outside Dexly's direct control.

Dexly does not promise uninterrupted availability or perpetual support for any specific feature, integration, or plan configuration.

Third-party providers

Stripe handles payment processing, recurring subscription billing, Customer Portal actions, refund processing, and dispute events for Dexly's hosted billing surface.

Supabase powers Dexly's hosted authentication and session flows for extension sign-in.

Your use of Stripe checkout, Stripe Customer Portal, Google sign-in, or other third-party provider flows may also be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.
